The law labels on your mattress provide valuable information about your mattress. They tell when and where your bed was made along with pattern numbers. These labels, located at the head of your mattress and boxspring are required in the event that you have to file a warranty claim. If somehow your law labels become detached from your mattress, please make sure to store them somewhere that you will be able to reproduce them easily.

We want you to be 100% confident when purchasing your mattress from GET-A-MATTRESS. Our Love it or Exchange it Guarantee is our comfort policy that allows you peace of mind when you purchase from us.

At Get-A-Mattress we understand that you made your mattress choice wisely but it may have a different overnight feel then you need. Because of this we offer the Love it or Exchange it Policy that allows you to exchange the mattress set for up to 101 days after your internet purchase. This policy allows for a limit of 1 exchange per customer of the same size mattress set. This policy includes a 10% processing fee and includes free standard delivery and pick-up. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If the mattress you have selected is more expensive than the original mattress you only pay the difference plus the processing fee.

After all those grueling years on the old bed, with any new mattress you may need some time to get accustomed to it, just as you might expect with new shoes. This period of adjustment may take a week or much longer; or, it could be as brief as the time it takes you to fall asleep on the very first night. For this reason we ask that you please spend at least 20 nights getting used to your new mattress before we process an exchange.
