Mattress Refunds, Order Cancellation & Return Policy

Please note after delivery your mattress purchase is non-refundable.

Most orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing an order to avoid a fee.

• If you need to cancel the order after 48 hours and it hasn't shipped we will charge a 2% processing fee.
• If your order is cancelled after shipment it is subject to an additional 25% restocking fee.
• Call us at 1-805-481-3500 or to cancel your order.
• Remember all closeout section items are final and may only be returned in case of shipping related damages.
• If there are damages we ask that you note the damages on the shippers receipt and call us before you accept delivery so we can send you an exchange as soon as possible.
