Bedding Refunds, Order Cancellation & Return Policy

If you should need to cancel your bedding order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • Bedding that is in its original, unopened packaging may be returned for a full refund within 14 days.
  • Original and return shipping charges not included in refund.
  • Opened or used bedding and pillows are NOT returnable.
  • YOU MUST CALL US AT 805.481.3700 FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
  • After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will immediately credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order.
  • Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
